Zentangle Art Workshop
When Wendy walked into my workshop today she honestly had no idea what she was getting herself into Since I also had to guess what style she would like best I prepared a bunch of different examples in advance to test. We kicked things off by trying out various patterns inside structured boxes to get a feel for it. But once her hands got moving there was no stopping her and we moved straight into freehand Doodle Zentangle
We ended up spending three full hours together without taking a single break. Every time I asked if she wanted to grab a drink or rest her hand she was way too focused to pause That complete creative hyperfocus is absolute magic to watch. And the best part? The second she got back home she immediately sat down to finish her drawing! Moments like these when someone arrives completely unsure and leaves so totally hooked are the absolute best part of teaching
