News Update — September 2025
I'm currently working on a beautiful — but quite challenging — new pastel portrait commission: a black Poodle named Lupo. This piece was requested by lovely people we met unexpectedly during a terrace dinner in Ouwerkerk. It’s one of those magical encounters that somehow lead to art!

To be honest, the reference photo is not the clearest — the details are a bit lost in shadow, which means I have to rely on my intuition and experience in some areas. That’s not my favorite way of working, but sometimes it’s part of the process. It forces me to trust my hand, my eye, and my heart.
