A Lovely Workshop with Marianne & Kelly
Last Saturday I hosted another super fun workshop, this time with two wonderful ladies: Marianne and her daughter‑in‑law Kelly. That alone already made the day special, because let’s be honest… mothers‑in‑law do not always get the best reputation. But these two were the perfect team. Warm, relaxed, and so easy together.
Their artwork turned out amazing. Kelly especially showed a natural talent — she picked up the pastels and it all just flowed. I love seeing that spark in someone.
They both received their certificates (yes, I forgot to take a photo of that moment… classic me). But I did send them all their workshop photos neatly afterwards, so the memories are safe.
It was one of those afternoons that reminds me why I love teaching so much. Good energy, good laughs, and beautiful results.
